Terms of Service

Version: 2026-07-22

Effective 22 July 2026.

These Terms are an agreement between you and the operator of Coordio. By using the Service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

1. Who provides the Service

Coordio (the "Service") is a web application at https://coordio.net that turns personal notes, tasks and files into a shared project with channels, boards and members.

The Service is operated by Andrii Ursolov, Ukraine. Contact: support@coordio.net.

2. Development stage

The Service is in early access (beta). This means:

  • features may change, appear and disappear without notice;
  • outages, downtime and bugs are possible;
  • we take backups, but we do not guarantee that your data survives — keep your own copy of anything critical (the Service supports export and saving files locally);
  • registration may be invitation-only, and we may limit how many new accounts are created.

3. Your account

Using the Service requires an account. You agree to:

  • provide a valid email address;
  • not share access to your account with anyone else;
  • keep your password safe and notify support@coordio.net immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must be at least 16 years old. If the law of your country sets a higher age for consenting to processing of personal data on your own, that age applies.

You are responsible for everything that happens in your account until you tell us it has been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

The Service exists to coordinate work. You may not:

  • break the law of Ukraine or of the country you are in;
  • post material that infringes someone else's intellectual property;
  • post sexual material involving minors, incitement to violence, threats, harassment or hate speech;
  • send spam, fraudulent messages or malware;
  • try to reach other people's data, or to bypass access controls, plan limits or protection mechanisms;
  • generate automated load that degrades the Service for others (mass scraping, deliberate quota exhaustion).

We may restrict or terminate an account that breaks these rules. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement.

5. Your content

Your content stays yours. Notes, messages, files, tasks and boards you create belong to you (or to whoever owned them before you uploaded them).

So the Service can function, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy, transmit and display your content — solely in order to provide the Service to you: showing a message to the members of a channel, taking a backup, serving a file through a link you created. The licence lasts as long as the content is in the Service and ends when you delete it.

We do not use your content for advertising and do not hand it over for training AI models.

When you post content into a shared channel, the members of that channel can see it. When you enable guest access or auto-publishing to external platforms, the content becomes available according to your settings. The consequences of those choices are yours.

6. AI features

Some features (AI agents, task assistants) send fragments of your content to external model providers in order to answer a request. This happens only when you explicitly invoke such a feature. The providers are listed in the Privacy Policy.

Model output can be wrong. Do not rely on it where a mistake is expensive without checking it yourself.

7. Koords, bounties and plans

Koords (points) and bounties inside the Service are a coordination game mechanic. They are not money, securities or cryptocurrency, have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not paid out when an account is closed.

Paid plans, if and when they appear, are described separately on the pricing page; the version in force at the time of payment takes precedence over this clause.

8. Availability and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, or fitness of the Service for your particular purpose.

We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profit or lost data. Where liability does arise, it is capped at the amount you paid for the Service over the preceding 12 months (zero on the free plan).

This clause does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You may delete your account in settings, or by asking support@coordio.net, at any time.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, or where the law requires it. If we shut the Service down entirely, we give at least 30 days' notice and time to export your data.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms. We announce material changes in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the new version; if you disagree, delete your account.

11. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. Disputes are settled by negotiation; failing that, by the courts at the operator's place of registration, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules say otherwise.
