Search, hashtags and reactions

The /me hub searches across your content with filters for emoji reactions and #hashtags. Hashtags in messages are indexed automatically.

Channel mirrors

A channel can mirror an external source (for example a Telegram or YouTube channel): posts and media are imported and de-duplicated on a sync cycle. The reverse direction — pushing your posts out to external platforms — is the Publishing feature (see its own article).

AI agents and bots

Channels can host AI agents that answer questions, run tasks, and can be assigned board cards — optionally auto-moving them to "Done" on completion. Configure them under Settings → Bots.

Offline and secure cache

Coordio works offline: visited pages, messages and your local files stay available, and changes sync when you reconnect. The on-device cache can be encrypted at rest and locked behind a secure vault password; you can also have it clear on logout or expire after a set time (TTL).

Appearance

Choose from color schemes (6 light + 6 dark), wallpapers, and animated fractal backgrounds in the right panel and View settings.

Notifications

Push notifications are mirrored into your /me notifications inbox so nothing is lost.
