What you pay for in Coordio
In short: the work you do in Coordio is unlimited on every tier. Коорди count only three actions — the ones that cost money every time they run. A tier is bought with money, and never with коорди.
What is always unlimited
Notes, planner, tasks, board, chat, files, focus sessions and channels spend no коорди at all and hit no cap on any tier, the free one included. This is not a launch promotion: a product where the basic action "costs credits" scares people off before anyone feels the value.
The one limit on this half is the storage quota for files. It belongs to the tier and is sized so that you do not notice it.
What коорди count
Exactly three things — the ones we pay a provider for on every use:
| Action | Unit |
|---|---|
| AI request | per 1,000 tokens |
| Video call | per participant-minute |
| External publishing | per publication |
Nothing else. If коорди ever appear to have been spent on something else, that is a bug rather than a new condition.
Where the rate comes from
A коорд is pegged to the real cost of an action, not to a number someone liked: one коорд stands for a fixed amount of provider spend. That makes a tier's package an honest count of actions you can check yourself rather than a marketing figure.
The consequence worth understanding: the loss on a free user is bounded by construction, not by hope. That is exactly what lets the core work be unlimited.
What a paid tier buys
Not "features" — a bigger package of metered actions, plus room for a team: more projects, more storage, guests and permissions, end-to-end encryption, API access.
When коорди run out
Only those three actions stop. Notes, tasks, board, chat and files keep working exactly as before.
Payment
Taking payment is not wired up yet — there is no card checkout for a tier. What exists today: a donation link (when the team has set one) on the pricing page, and PRO granted by hand after it. See How to get PRO today for the exact steps.
